(1) The syllabus, test system and evaluation process of the examination conducted by the Commission shall be as prescribed by the Commission.
(2) For the purpose of sub-rule (1), the Commission may constitute a committee with experts (3) If the Commission makes any amendment in the prescribed syllabus, it shall publish the notification three months before the date of the examination.
